When no other selection is made on the View Voyage Screen the application will default to the Cargo tab and display cargo for all installations.
The screen has two important buttons:
1.Save & Go Back - This button will save the data you have entered and you return to the View Voyage Screen
2.Submit New Revision - This button will save the data and submit the information to Peterson.
Again three tabs are available: Cargo, Bulks and Material Details.
On each tab buttons are available for the following actions:

You can select a single offshore installation to enter cargo lines and / or material details for a specific installation. This option is useful if you and a colleague are editing the same voyage for different installations. |
|
This will calculate and display the deck utilisation. |
|
You can specify an area of the vessel deck in which to place specific cargo items. |
These buttons are not available on the screen for the CustomerEdit role for completed voyages.
General functionality of the grid:
•The red triangles in the upper left corner indicate the information has not yet been saved;
•A line that is in draft state ( with the red D next to it) is one that has not been submitted yet. It only applies to NEW lines. Existing lines that are modified are not distinguished.
•A line can have a different color:
Grey = cancelled;
Light blue = bumped.
